Negative: your charged a cleaning fee as part of the price
then seperately charge a £200 deposit but only return £197 due to a handling charge think that takes the mickey
a licence to print money if you scam £3/4 per weeks stay and call it a handling fee
parking getting to the parking space between 2 buildings is very tight when driving a large vehicle

Un bel appartement qui mérite un ménage plus soigné
Positive: Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, bien éclairé
Negative: La propreté de la cuisine : le sol était collant et sale, nous avons du laver toute la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser car elle était sale.
L'accès à la place de parking est très étroit et difficile à trouver. Il faudrait préciser sur l'annonce qu'il faut une petite voiture.

Okay probably wouldn’t rebook in all honesty
Positive: Nice little property bit run down in areas
Negative: Extractor fan filthy with grease
Deposit seems unjustified for such a not so luxury property also keeping £4 of the deposit seems strange

Very clean and quite location
Positive: Place was very clean. Beds comfortable. Quite location
Negative: Communication before arrival. I chased up the lockbox code the day before arrival to get in and was told I had to provide my credit card details for any damage before I got the code and directions. I also wanted assurance that all existing damage was documented by them as I did not want any surprises on money taken from my account! for existing damage. To cover myself I took pictures of existing damage (e.g scuff marks on walls, gaps in one bedroom window, broken plastic front cover in freezer, etc.)as soon as I got access I tried to upload to the Swily site as I had been advised. I could not upload for some reason.
Access to the property was through two buildings. We found this very narrow for our car and could see that others had problems by all the marks on one wall!!
Could not access the property with code I had been given. I contacted the owner by the number/message on the booking site. Got no reply so eventually asked the next door neighbour who was so nice if she had a number. She also contacted Cerys and she gave us her number as well. After standing outside the property for nearly an hour they eventually got back with the new code. Owner did apologise and offered 'refund'. They tried to blame the cleaner for not telling them she had changed the code(which was usual monthly). However I cannot blame the cleaner and I did not want a refund as the owner should have been more responsive. They knew there were guests checking in at 3pm and should have gotten back much quicker.
